1. All About LGM Nutrition

Nutritional Therapy is more than just healthy eating; it draws on scientific research to help us understand how we can use food to achieve natural balance, and  help promote our own healing mechanisms. By choosing nutritious options, and developing a healthy relationship with food, we can not only rediscover how delicious food can be, but in doing so, can significantly improve our physical, emotional and mental health

Lucy LGM NutritionLucy ‘s background of over 30 years as a sports marketing and communications specialist has seen her working closely alongside international elite athletes.
