    2. Booking & Payment

      To book a consultation, please contact Lucy either via the form on the  CONTACT US page, or by

      Prior to your first consultation, you will be asked to complete and return both a Nutritional Therapy Questionnaire and typical 3 Day Food Diary. These can either be posted or emailed to you.

      One to one consultations start from £70 for an initial session, lasting 1 hr 15mins, including a full health and lifestyle assesment and written report after the consultation. A follow up appointment is recommended around 4-6 weeks later (lasting 1hr and normally costing £50).

      PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

      Payment is via cash or cheque (made out to LGM Nutrition) and a 50% deposit is requested in advance of a consultation. Buy your consultation by using the secure payment button below or alternatively, online payment transfers are also available on request.

      • Consultation Booking
      • £40 - for a seven day food diary analysis
      • £70 - for an initial consultation (1hr 15mins)
      • £50 - for a follow up consultation (1hr)
      • £100 - when booking an initial consultation and follow up together – save £20

      Consultations cancelled less than 48 hours before the confirmed time will regrettably forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours of the consultation will be charged in full.
