      • Free nutrition advice for runners in Brighton this Saturday, 18 February

        Are you running the Brighton Half Marathon on Sunday, or in training for the Brighton or London Marathon in April?

        I will be offering a drop-in session at the fabulous sheactive ladies sports shop at 5 North Street, Brighton, this Saturday 18 February from 1pm onwards.

        I will be in store all afternoon offering free nutritional advice on what you should be eating to support your training, tips on last minute meals and what to eat on the day. I will also have some runner-friendly snacks for you to sample to give you some inspiration, and my professional scales for anyone who wants to check out their hydration, muscle and fat mass and other vital statistics.

        A great opportunity to also pick up some last minute running kit from sheactive’s fabulous range.

        Once again I will be in-store at sheactive, Brighton this Saturday 5 November to answer your questions about food and nutrition.

        Whether you re in training for a marathon or half marathon, or simply need some advice about your general diet and well-being, pop in between 10am and 1pm and I will be happy to try and help.

        If you are in training, this is also a great opportunity to check your muscle mass, fat mass, hydration levels and metabolic age on my professional scales, and to find out how those might be affecting your regime and what you might be able to do to improve your performance.

        sheactive, Brighton’s one-stop shop for women’s fitness clothing has had a makeover and re-opens tomorrow (Saturday 15 October).

        To celebrate their new look, come and find me in-store on Saturday 15 October from 2pm for advice on eating healthily to shape up for both the party season and your winter fitness regime.

         

        I will have some tasty snacks for you to sample and for those of you who are brave enough, have a go on my professional scales to check your weight, muscle and fat mass, metabolic age and hydration levels.
