Throughout February I will be leading a proven nutrition based Metabolic Detox which will help you understand how well you can feel by eliminating toxins from your diet and day to day life, and kick-starting some new healthy and positive lifelong habits.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The four week programme includes an introductory period to prepare, shop, and start to gradually cut back on caffeine and other toxins. The programme itself then runs for 2 weeks followed by a final phase to ease you back into a normal eating routine. This is not a diet, but a sound and tested programme including delicious foods and drinks which works to improve liver function (your main organ of detoxification), support your digestion and other organs of elimination, vital for your health vitality and wellbeing.
During the 2 week detox we will eliminate gluten and wheat, dairy, caffeine and alcohol from our diet, and significantly reduce our sugar load; however you will be given plenty of support with filling meal suggestions and delicious recipe ideas for main meals, snacks, juices and soups.

Participants will also be able offered the opportunity to book a 1:1 nutrition consultation (1 ¼ hours) including a full health check for an additional £50, bringing the total cost to £249.

PREPARATION
Wednesday 29th January, 6pm: We start with a free introductory workshop to find out how it works and start planning. If you are still interested you will be able to sign up on the night.
The 14 day programme runs from Monday 3 February – Sunday 16 February.
Days 1-6 : 3 meals (meat or vegetarian options), snacks, smoothies and supplements
Days 7-9: Three liquid days comprising filling soups, juices, smoothies and supplements
Days 10-14: Back to 3 meals, snacks, smoothies and supplements.
IN PERSON We will also meet on Wednesday 12 February to catch up and review of your progress, and Wednesday 26February to see how you fared and share experiences. At the final session we will talk about maintenance and your long term goals.
The workshop sessions will all be held from 6-7pm in Hove.
