I will be offering a drop-in session at the fabulous sheactive ladies sports shop at 5 North Street, Brighton, this Saturday 18 February from 1pm onwards.
I will be in store all afternoon offering free nutritional advice on what you should be eating to support your training, tips on last minute meals and what to eat on the day. I will also have some runner-friendly snacks for you to sample to give you some inspiration, and my professional scales for anyone who wants to check out their hydration, muscle and fat mass and other vital statistics.
A great opportunity to also pick up some last minute running kit from sheactive’s fabulous range.
